Highmark TechSystems is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Cooper to the newly created role of Estimating and Purchasing Specialist.
This strategic position plays a critical role across every phase of the customer experience, ensuring projects are thoughtfully scoped, efficiently sourced, and executed with precision.

Dave brings decades of hands-on experience to the role. Before entering the exhibit industry, he worked in residential and commercial construction, building a strong foundation in materials, methods, and cost efficiency.
He joined the exhibit industry in 1989 as a craftsman and quickly advanced into leadership roles, including master craftsman, production supervisor, and production manager.
Throughout his career, Dave has developed deep expertise across all major exhibit construction methods, with direct experience in industry materials, project costing, and pricing strategy.
Most recently, Dave served as Senior Estimator at Group Delphi in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he was responsible for complex estimating and purchasing decisions across high-impact exhibit projects.
