Debbie Parrott Named President of Highmark TechSystems

Highmark TechSystems is proud to announce the appointment of Debbie Parrott as President. A seasoned leader with more than 20 years of success in marketing and business development, Debbie brings a strategic mindset and proven expertise to Highmark’s mission. She’s delivering industry-leading modular structures for exhibits, events, and branded environments. Debbie’s background spans a variety of industries, including events, e-commerce, technology, loyalty marketing, and publishing. Her previous roles at organizations such as Group Delphi, Rogers Communications, Stockback, Toffler Associates, and Harvard Business School Publishing have uniquely positioned her to drive innovation and operational excellence in her role at Highmark. She holds a B.A. in English from Bates College, an M.B.A. from Babson’s Olin School of Management, and a certification from the University of Denver’s Publishing Institute. Debbie has also been an active leader in the broader business and events community, serving on boards for Canterbury School, Ft. Wayne Trails, and ICON International, as well as on committees within the events industry.
